Wilshire Business Partners will provide the following services while
allowing the client to access, view and print reports:

• Maintain company, employee, and Payroll data

• Input and review time entry

• Client receives secure real-time Viewing and printing access

• Print and delivery of checks, direct Deposit advises and reports

• Transmit ACH files for direct deposit to the bank

• Submittal of DE 34report semi monthly

• Provide data back-up and offsite storage

• Filling of Payroll Taxes including each payroll, Quarter End, W-2’s, and Year End reporting

Plan 2
The client maintains control and management of their payroll process.
Wilshire Business Partners will check and process the payroll:

Client Managed

• Maintain company, employee, and payroll data

• Input and review time entry

• Client receives secure real-time access and report printing

Wilshire Business Partners Services

• Review payroll entry to verify totals

• Print and delivery of checks and direct deposit advice and reports

• Transmit ACH files for direct deposits to the bank

• Filing of Payroll Taxes including each payroll, Quarter End, W-2’s and Year End reporting

• Submittal of DE 34 report semi monthly

• Provide data back-up and offsite storage
